How do I clean CoolPawz products?

The Cooling Mat can be wiped down with a damp cloth or machine washed. The CoolCollar is machine washable on a gentle cycle. Always air dry fully before use.

How long does the cooling effect last?

The cooling activates with pressure and recharges after 15–20 minutes of non-use.

Do I need to refrigerate or freeze it?

No. It works at room temperature with no preparation needed.

Does the mat slip on floors?

It lays flat and doesn't move on most surfaces. For slippery floors, place it on a rug.

Can my pet wear the CoolCollar all day? Yes, it’s designed for extended wear. Check the fit regularly and allow breaks if needed.

Is the CoolCollar waterproof? It is water-resistant but should not be submerged in water.
